ZenGRC is hiring a Client Executive

About the Role

Life360 seeks a Client Executive to own relationship management for our health insurance underwriting clients. You will act as the customer's trusted advisor, deeply understand their business objectives, and answer questions about the technical components of our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and lead regular client touchpoints, including presentations, business reviews, model updates, and product roadmap discussions.
  • Review client dashboards to ensure usability and generate actionable insights from model results.
  • Thoroughly document meeting notes and action items in Salesforce and follow up as needed.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by delivering critical feedback to internal teams.
  • Act as a key resource, addressing client questions and providing expert guidance on product usage.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ to help clients understand and effectively use our models.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience supporting clients in a customer-facing role.
  • A strong understanding of the health insurance underwriting industry, including its language and terminology.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to set, meet, and exceed time-sensitive objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills; able to manage a high volume of clients effectively.
  • Customer service–oriented with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced in building professional presentations.

Nice to Have

  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working at a tech or SaaS company is a plus.
