ServiceNow is looking for a Client Director to join an existing representative and expand our growing account team dedicated to NVIDIA. You will be responsible for producing new business within a defined set of our largest existing accounts, overseeing executive relationship management, and leading virtual teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership to clients, specifically NVIDIA.
- Be the key relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
- Work with broader ServiceNow solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution based on the customer's strategic outcomes.
- Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and your assigned clients.
- Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources.
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through your clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
- Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
- Achieve financial targets set out for your assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations.
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region).
Nice to Have
- Current location in the Bay Area, CA is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success with NVIDIA and within the Strategic Technology vertical while in a similar role in Enterprise Software Sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Team & Environment
You will lead virtual teams, including members from Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in AMS - North America and Canada.
