Giant Pumpkin is hiring a Client Account Manager to oversee and grow our key client relationships in Thailand. This role is central to our expansion, focusing on strategic account management, client satisfaction, and proposing new solutions that address client needs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for key accounts in Thailand, managing core accounts from sale to implementation.
- Work with business development in attending regular client meetings to understand client needs and long-term objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to elevate existing accounts by offering missing solutions that address client concerns.
- Proactively manage front-line non-technical client issues in collaboration with the support team.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client interaction and quick resolution of issues.
- Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights and proposing new initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of Thai account management experience, ideally within digital signage or technology solutions.
- Native-level fluency in both Thai and English languages.
- Currently working and living in Thailand (relocation and work permits/visas are exempt).
- Proactive, highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts fluidly.
- Systems savvy, comfortable using CRMs to track performance and understand client accounts from a data perspective.
- Capable of preparing and presenting presentations internally and to external clients.
- Driven by purpose and seeing consistent improvement.
