AlexStaff Agency is looking for a Client Account Manager to work with an international company serving clients in payments and money transfers. This is a fully remote role where you will manage relationships with B2B clients worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming emails and requests from European B2B clients
- Lead negotiations and guide clients through to contract signing
- Manage relationships with contractors: coordinate translations and control document flow
- Resolve operational issues and maintain communication with management
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filtering)
- Experience working with contracts and primary accounting documents (invoices, bills, acts)
- Understanding of document flow between Russian and international companies
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix, 1C)
- Background in B2B service sales
- Strong written communication skills via messengers (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle client objections professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a remote work environment
- Excellent written Russian and English (minimum A2+ level)
Nice to Have
- Higher education in Economics or Finance
- Experience in payment systems or companies with complex pricing structures
- Familiarity with the logistics industry
- Team management experience (5–6 people)
