AnywhereWorks is hiring a Client Account Manager to lead the design and maintenance of our client experience. You'll be instrumental in delivering happiness to clients and helping business owners work Anywhere.
What You'll Do
- Act as an architect of the client experience, designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts and accounts.
- Deliver customer support and happiness to clients via phone calls and chats.
- Satisfactorily complete an 8-week Learning and Development Phase.
- Spend 150 minutes per week learning in our online university, AdaptiveU.
- Consistently maintain all required performance expectations.
- Possibly work evening hours and at least one weekend day, pitching in extra or odd hours during busy spikes.
- Live Anywhere best practices, like working at a desk/chair in a distraction-free work station with proper lighting.
- Be camera-ready for Teleport meetings whenever you are clocked in and working.
- Model a better work-life balance.
- Enrich your community through paid volunteering time, up to 16 hours annually.
What We're Looking For
- An empathetic people-person with outstanding speaking and listening skills.
- Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client's account.
- A multi-tasker who can analyze and prioritize customer accounts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Discreet. You can keep all company and customer information confidential.
- Reliable. You can regularly commit to working your 40-hour weekly schedule, as it is an essential function of your role.
- Able to work at a computer for your entire scheduled shift.
- Must be a resident of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
- Benefits are available after 60 days of employment.
