Syniti is hiring a Client Account Executive

About the Role

At Syniti, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a Client Account Executive. In this role, you will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers. You will be responsible for acquiring, expanding, and managing large accounts, focusing on selling a complete solution of software and services to ensure customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business while ensuring satisfied and referenceable customers.
  • Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer success.
  • Actively manage your territory by targeting specific companies and collaborating with select partners to drive incremental pipeline.
  • Manage complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles and effectively present our value proposition.
  • Work methodically with Marketing to develop territory and target account plans for a healthy rolling four-quarter pipeline.
  • Orchestrate team selling efforts within your assigned territory among Value Engineering and Consulting Delivery Services.
  • Demonstrate a track record of winning new customers and growing business within existing customers in a competitive environment.
  • Conduct sales effectively in person, via phone, and via web with high-level industry executives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Syniti products, accounts, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Proactively understand customer needs, industry verticals, priorities, challenges, constraints, and market trends.
  • Leverage executive support for sales strategy, partner leadership engagement, and field escalation resolution.
  • Manage sales cycles against the goal of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Forecast, manage, and update pipeline activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Be accountable for accurate forecasting and regular sales performance reviews.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences scheduled individually and for the sales team.
  • Travel as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Legal right to live and work in the US.
  • Ideally 7+ years of proven direct and/or indirect sales experience; software and services sales to large enterprise customers preferred.
  • Experience in territory and pipeline management, including prospecting, driving, orchestrating, and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated value and solutions sales experience.
  • Contacts with industry decision makers including customers, Partners (SAP/Infor), and System Integrators (IBM, Accenture, Deloitte).
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
  • Highly driven with a strong desire to be successful.
  • Disciplined and skilled in managing time and resources with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
  • Detail-oriented in negotiating contracts and terms.
  • Strong work ethic and hands-on style.
  • Committed team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology discipline.
  • Experience with Sandler or a similar sales methodology.
