Our Natural Heritage Team requires a skilled Project Manager / Biologist to support environmental initiatives in western Canada. The role involves navigating complex regulatory processes, managing field programs, and delivering comprehensive environmental assessments for diverse sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage ecological field programs
- Design environmental studies
- Prepare impact evaluation statements
- Develop site-specific mitigation strategies
- Complete environmental permit requests
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Advise on environmental strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years ecological consulting experience
- Graduate-level degree in Biology/Environmental Science
- Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio) certification
- Strong legislative and regulatory knowledge
- Project management expertise
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation Range: $108,000 - $150,000
