The Channel Partner Manager for the Gulf Region (including Iran and Pakistan) at Leica Biosystems, part of Pall Corporation, is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue, market coverage, and customer success. This role is part of the Sales department and plays a key role in advancing cancer diagnostics through a comprehensive portfolio from biopsy to diagnosis.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute Country/Regional strategy to maximize revenue and increase market share for all company portfolio products including Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging.
- Own and lead relationships with key Accounts, driving long-term brand advocacy and increasing brand loyalty across the Healthcare ecosystem.
- Track partner KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and win rates while identifying underperforming partners and implementing improvement plans.
- Directly present Leica Biosystems solutions to end customers, including histopathologists and laboratory managers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Customer Care) to act as a partner advocate for accurate decision making.
What We're Looking For
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level from related field.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in Channel Partner Management.
- Scientific background or demonstrated expertise in histopathology with the ability to initiate new scientific solutions directly to Lab managers.
- Proven consultative selling skills within a complex sales environment and financial acumen regarding budgets and forecasting.
- Fluent in English and able to accommodate extensive travel requirements of more than 60%.
Nice to Have
- 3–5 years previous experience in Histopathology business.
- Strong track records of managing channel partner and achieving commercial goals.
- Familiar with working in multinational environment.

Remote work with requirement to be in the Dubai office on a regular basis and extensive travel (>60%). Location: Dubai, UAE.
