Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Channel Account Manager fluent in German to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Channel, EMEA, with a primary focus on building pipeline and driving revenue through existing channel partners, while also sourcing strategic new channel relationships. You must permanently reside in Ireland.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and manage relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners, primarily in Germany.
- Act as the main liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners.
- Communicate with German-speaking clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners, establishing productive connections with key sales and channel personnel.
- Coordinate Keeper resources, including support, service, and management, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Manage direct and channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between teams.
- Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
- Participate in a partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Identify partner go-to-market and services offerings, working with partner sales and marketing to launch offerings that achieve incremental joint revenue.
- Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
- Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel-generated leads.
- Plan and execute Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation.
- Travel to customer meetings locally and nationally, including renting or operating a vehicle on behalf of the company.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
- Must be bilingual with native-level fluency in German and English.
- Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners.
- Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely motivated and goal-oriented.

- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
