PAR Technology is hiring a Channel Account Manager

About the Role

PAR Technology is looking for a Channel Account Manager to lead and grow our POS and PixelPoint partner ecosystem. You will drive channel sales and partner success by managing key relationships, enabling sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across channel programs, serving as the primary liaison between PAR and our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
  • Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell and support PAR solutions.
  • Drive the execution of channel programs and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and partner growth objectives.
  • Monitor partner KPIs, track pipeline, and provide regular reporting on partner performance and forecasts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve partner issues, support joint marketing efforts, and provide feedback to improve product offerings and partner programs.
  • Ensure that partners deliver exceptional service to end customers, helping maintain PAR’s reputation for quality and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner engagement across the channel lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems across multiple geographies.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales strategies, partner enablement, and go-to-market motions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate channel performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across internal departments including sales, marketing, product, and operations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in a SaaS or POS-related business.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality technology space.
