About the Role

Beacon Biosignals is hiring a Cell Therapy Account Specialist based in Omaha. You will represent Legend’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within your territory.

What You'll Do

  • Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice amongst institution-based oncology customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Legend and competitor products in our therapeutic area, and an in-depth knowledge of the complexities associated with the disease state.
  • Navigate a complex account environment and understand the needs of various stakeholders at all levels within the account.
  • Develop an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to each geography.
  • Provide insights to the cross-functional team on timely feedback from interactions with healthcare professionals, including account business trends and potential changes in the therapeutic landscape.
  • Leverage intel and insights to develop and assertively implement an account business plan to meet customer needs and achieve corporate goals.
  • Work cooperatively with internal team members on cross-functional projects related to specific accounts or physicians.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities, and communicate proactively to marketing and sales management.
  • Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, unrestricted educational grants, speaker events, and other miscellaneous external expenditures.
  • Represent Legend at national and/or local symposiums and conventions.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to work hands-on with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Perform all administrative functions required for the position, including reporting call activity and customer information in a timely manner and submitting expenses.
  • Report adverse events to Legend’s Drug Safety department and other internal departments as appropriate per required guidelines.
  • Actively promote the appropriate use of Legend’s products to healthcare professionals in accordance with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.
  • Experience managing and executing in large accounts, including strategic planning and problem solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Work Mode

This is a local, field-based position requiring you to be located in or near Omaha, NE.
