Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring a Casual Sales Merchandise professional for our Myaree, WA location. In this role, you will be integral to our Nutrien Water team, developing strong relationships with retail and trade customers and providing memorable service experiences both in store and over the phone.
What You'll Do
- Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, banking, receipting, and dispatching goods.
- Assist customers with pricing and product queries and process counter sales.
- Maintain safety processes and a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment.
- Conduct deliveries and load/unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a team support role within a busy environment.
- Experience working within a sales environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
- A proactive work approach and practical organization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
- A current driver’s license is essential.
Nice to Have
- A forklift licence is advantageous, but not essential.
Team & Environment
You will be reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Myaree, WA.
