Henry Schein is seeking a Case Pick AM Trainer to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and certifying team members in the specific skills needed for their area, including machine operation, to ensure a high-performing and adaptable workforce.
What You'll Do
- Train and certify team members in various skills specific to their area or for cross-functional work.
- Conduct machine certification training as required.
- Perform standard department functions when not actively training.
- Re-test all team members when procedural changes are implemented.
- Re-train team members who demonstrate low productivity or accuracy.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

- Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.
- Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with accountability for making accurate decisions under set guidelines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and handle multiple assignments.
- Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics like size, color, or vendor code.
- Physical capability to grasp, bend, stand, reach above shoulder height, and walk extensively throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness and ability to work on machines that operate up to 5 levels high.
Nice to Have
- One year of general warehousing operations experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or comparable work experience.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in our distribution center.
