Stryker Corporation is seeking an organized Sales Support Specialist to provide essential support to the Neurovascular Sales team. You will coordinate with internal teams and field representatives to ensure the accurate processing, tracking, and fulfillment of orders.
What You'll Do
- Carry out all duties associated with the Customer Care Support level and act as first line for escalated cases.
- Cover the Sales Rep support phone line.
- Partner with your team to support the general queue for sales rep inquiries.
- Maintain partnership with Inventory Management and assist with tasks related to consignment management.
- Assist with FIMS troubleshooting and/or questions from sales reps.
- Maintain FIMS AIF to prevent consignment orders from remaining stuck; act as SME for FIMS AIF for projects/enhancements.
- Act as FIMS/Consignment SME and trainer for the internal Customer Care team.
- Partner with Marketing to manage Fairshare for inventory constraints and maintain reporting.
- Partner with Marketing to manage CMIR for inventory launches and PPE; maintain approval lists in OneNote.
- Partner with Inventory Management on pending consignment orders and assist with actions in SAP (e.g., held orders).
- Work with Customer Care Manager and Inventory Manager to maintain training for sales reps on order management.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP, FIMS, and other order management systems and cross-functional procedures.
- Assist in writing and maintaining FIMs knowledge documents, work instructions, and procedures.
- Build relationships and foster teamwork with team members, leadership, and other departments.
- Contribute to product innovation by listening, working with others, and contributing new ideas.
- Serve as Customer Service contact to work with Sales, Marketing, and internal team on promotions and field procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma AND 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4 years of experience.

- 6 years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience
