Drive enterprise growth in one of the fastest-evolving markets as a Senior Account Executive based in Dubai. You will lead the expansion of advanced software support and next-generation Agentic AI ERP solutions across the Middle East, targeting key markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a high-potential sales territory by combining field marketing initiatives with self-driven outreach strategies
- Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting, digital networking, and follow-up on inbound opportunities
- Engage decision-makers with a consultative approach, uncovering business challenges and aligning them with innovative solutions
- Shape compelling, tailored presentations using company resources to address specific client needs and objectives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to advance opportunities to close
- Leverage digital platforms—especially LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—to enhance visibility and engagement
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and use sales intelligence tools like Clari to track and forecast performance
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Stay current with evolving technologies, product updates, and modern selling techniques
What We’re Looking For
You bring over a decade of experience selling complex enterprise solutions in the Middle East, with a strong track record in exceeding goals. You thrive in a self-directed environment and approach challenges with initiative and resilience.
Your strengths include strategic territory planning, consultative engagement with C-suite stakeholders, and fluency in digital selling methods. You’re skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and aligning technical offerings with business outcomes. Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and social selling tools is essential.
A bachelor’s degree is required, and you must be prepared to travel 30%–50% across the region. Prior success selling through an established network of executive contacts is a strong advantage.
