Pfizer seeks a Cardiovascular Health & Science Professional (HSP) to increase sales and develop relationships with customers and accounts in the Florence, SC territory. This role promotes a breakthrough therapy for patients with NVAF or VTE as part of the Cardiology Team, determining the best strategies to manage business through product promotion.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales performance within your assigned territory.
- Engage with customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, identifying optimal live and virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments, using digital tools to maintain engagement.
- Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly utilize product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on product value for relevant patient populations.
- Collaborate effectively across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas; OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Professional Sales or Promotional Activity.
- Background as a Small Business Owner, Entrepreneur, or in Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Account Management.
- Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
- Experience as an Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal).
- Full Time Military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you.
Nice to Have
- 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
- Strong track record of sales or marketing success, excellent territory management, outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
- Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Residence within the territory boundaries.

This role is part of the Cardiology (CARD) Team within Pfizer's Internal Medicine division.

- Compensation range: $73,100 - $189,200.

Work Mode
