Scale Army is looking for its first Candidate Marketing Manager to own everything candidate-facing for our fast-moving staffing agency. You'll build systems for talent acquisition at scale, starting as a high-impact individual contributor and growing into a team lead.
What You'll Do
- Build high-converting landing pages using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, or Instapage.
- Design assets and visuals for job posts, outreach, ads, and enablement.
- Write and iterate on emails, sequences, and newsletters that get responses.
- Own and evolve our candidate-facing brand across email, site, and socials.
- Launch and grow a candidate community (primarily via LinkedIn and email).
- Support and shape paid ad campaigns through creative, targeting, and iteration.
- Track performance, run A/B tests, and double down on what works.
- Set the standard for copy and design and eventually hire support.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in performance or candidate marketing.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (agency, startup, staffing).
- Built assets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (staffing, agency, freelance).
- Created conversion-optimized pages using Webflow, Instapage, or similar.
- Designed with Figma, Canva, or Adobe.
- Managed outreach or email campaigns via Apollo, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar.
- Led projects and owned results.
Nice to Have
- Know how to run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Have experience marketing to early-career or high-volume candidates.
- Have helped build recruiting or marketing teams from scratch.
- Write copy that’s short, smart, and converts.
