Vanta is hiring a Campaigns Specialist

About the Role

Vanta is looking for a Campaigns Specialist to support the execution of integrated campaigns across all customer segments. You'll partner with the broader GTM organization to enable campaign success through coordination, operations, and support for smaller activations, all while contributing to Vanta's mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust.

What You'll Do

  • Drive integrated campaigns for Tier 3 activations like field events, webinars, and content launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Own campaign operations and vendor coordination across all segments, including logistics, swag orders, catering, and third-party relationships.
  • Support the email nurture strategy across segments by aligning messaging, workflows, and audience handoffs between marketing and sales.
  • Create and distribute enablement materials in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure teams have effective resources.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting, account segmentation, and visibility into campaign performance.
  • Oversee project management across internal stakeholders and external partners to keep deliverables on track.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and assets to ensure visibility, consistency, and ongoing optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign operations, or demand generation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing vendors and assets across every aspect of campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology like ABM platforms, marketing automation tools, and Outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Environment

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, or Sydney.
