About the Role

Vanta is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to help shape and build our partner enablement strategy. In this crucial role, you will support the onboarding and ongoing enablement of our channel and partner community, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. You'll work closely with the Channel Sales Manager, Partner Marketing, and product teams to align strategies and optimize partner performance.

What You'll Do

  • Create, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs that provide partners with necessary training and resources to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop materials, training sessions, webinars, and workshops tailored to partner needs and tiers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners to ensure a quick and effective ramp.
  • Provide ongoing training to help partners stay current with product or service updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update sales collateral, product guides, playbooks, and other resources.
  • Be the point of contact to enable and educate internal Vanta GTM teams on channel selling and co-selling strategies.
  • Support the enablement of Channel Managers.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine enablement strategies and enhance partner productivity.
  • Create rewards and incentives for partners to achieve onboarding and enablement milestones.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the company and its partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have the latest information on product updates, promotions, and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner or Channel enablement.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and virtually for external communities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • A bias for action and ability to operate with resilience.
  • Expertise in using Partner enablement tech including PRMs (Impartner), LMS (Workramp, Docebo), Content Management Systems (Seismic, Highspot), and Knowledge Management Systems (Guru).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvements.
