Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of talent and performance initiatives, including scheduling, workflow coordination, tool management, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Lead communication strategies for key programs, providing clear guidance, timelines, and reminders to managers to drive understanding and participation.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that deliver accurate, data-driven insights on talent and performance outcomes for leadership and HR partners.
- Administer employee engagement and cross-functional surveys from setup to action planning, including data validation and reporting.
- Support the implementation of feedback systems, recognition practices, and career development frameworks by embedding them into existing processes and tools.
- Collaborate on AI literacy initiatives and help refine frameworks that enhance organizational capability in artificial intelligence.
- Work closely with HR business partners and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery and resolve issues during active cycles.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automated workflows to increase efficiency, improve data integrity, and standardize program execution.
- Identify and communicate risks, process gaps, and opportunities during program delivery, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
