Dandy is seeking a CAD/CAM Design Support Expert, Anterior to provide critical, real-time design support to doctors working on complex or aesthetic dental cases. In this role, you will be a trusted partner, guiding doctors through challenging designs to enhance their confidence and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes are met.
- Offer personalized, empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases, fostering trust through direct interaction.
- Resolve potential miscommunication by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex and high aesthetic Anterior dental design.
- 3+ years in lab with hands-on bench experience.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors.
- Proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns, preferably in a design or technical support setting.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex cases and design challenges.
