Dandy is looking for a CAD/CAM Design Support Expert - Implants to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a Live Design Support Specialist, guiding doctors through complex dental design cases in real-time to improve outcomes and streamline workflows.
What You'll Do
- Partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases.
- Provide immediate solutions and build confidence in Dandy’s digital tools.
- Offer personalized, empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases.
- Foster trust through direct interaction and help doctors navigate complex workflows.
- Resolve potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and satisfaction in cases requiring multiple design revisions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Implants dental design.
- 3+ years of in-lab hands-on bench experience.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Dandy products or similar dental design tools.
