Optum Tech, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Cardiology PACS systems. In this role, you will create and deliver high-quality system solutions by consulting with users and technology specialists to define business processes and supporting information systems. You will provide technical support for cost-effective systems and support both improvements to current systems and new development.
What You'll Do
- Deliver applications training for customers.
- Configure and train customers on Echo reporting systems.
- Configure and train customers on Haemo, Cath Reporting, and BCIS data entry.
- Customize and design workflows for hospital customers.
- Support indirect sales efforts, including product demonstrations.
- Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan, and implement optimal Haemodynamic and Cardiac Clinical Reporting solutions.
- Support the installation, servicing, and repair of complex clinical equipment and systems.
- Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment prior to clinical use.
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serve as company liaison with the customer on clinical and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Resolve clinical and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating issues that occur during implementation.
- Test, benchmark, and verify that the implemented system is error-free and functional prior to delivery.
What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree in IT or Health Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Proven clinical cardiology experience within the NHS and/or HSE.
- Proven experience in Haemo, Cath, and ECG systems.
- Proven experience in an IT or Cardiology setting, with considerable experience training individuals and groups.
- Demonstrable experience working in teams to deliver change projects resulting in clinically improved outcomes.
- Demonstrated competency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and listening skills with an ability to transform customer requirements into deliverable actions.
