Braze is looking for a Business Solutions Manager (ERP Sales) to drive net new sales of core ERP solutions using a creative, consultative approach. You will manage your own book of business, leveraging extensive ERP knowledge to identify prospective clients, uncover business needs, and demonstrate how these solutions deliver long-lasting benefits.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales activities for new ERP software, enhancements, professional services, and custom development by collaborating with cross-divisional teams.
- Provide guidance and support by developing trusted advisory partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand, capture, and identify complex business requirements.
- Skillfully negotiate mutually beneficial sales agreements.
- Act as an internal project manager to ensure the pre-sales process remains on track.
- Ensure reporting, documentation, and forecasting are timely, accurate, and complete.
- Maintain a close focus on client satisfaction, quality of service, and profitability.
- Prospect to uncover and develop sales opportunities using influencers, industry contacts, and trade show leads.
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone, email, or in person and diligently follow up on leads.
- Coordinate and attend in-person meetings with potential clients on a local, regional, and national level.
- Develop partner relationships with software referral providers and technology firms.
- Produce professional, timely, and thorough discovery notes to facilitate accurate Statements of Work.
- Track and report daily activities; capture and update information in Acumatica CRM.
- Deliver weekly sales updates to internal stakeholders and executives.
- Plan proactively to consistently achieve all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of midmarket ERP software sales experience in a true outside sales capacity.
- Familiarity and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; professional presence and demeanor.
- Remarkable organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to function in a collaborative, team-oriented matrix environment and build strong relationships.
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally, as required.

- Total Targeted Annual Compensation Range: $130K-$180K+
Work Mode
This role is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.A. It requires the ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally for client meetings.
