What You'll Do
Partner with the Networking Sales Organization to guide business planning and support leadership and field teams in achieving strategic goals. Serve as a key operational liaison across functions, ensuring alignment and smooth integration of initiatives.
Lead in-depth analysis of business performance using data to uncover insights and shape planning decisions. Support sales strategy through accurate forecasting, quota deployment, and compensation design that reflects business priorities.
Contribute to governance processes such as demand planning, pipeline oversight, and sales forecasting. Use market research and competitive intelligence to inform planning and identify strategic opportunities.
Champion operational excellence by implementing efficient processes and promoting best practices. Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in business, finance, or operations analysis, ideally within a multinational environment
- Proven ability to analyze complex business issues using Excel, Access, financial modeling, and statistical methods
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with interest in AI applications
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English required
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-directed with the ability to make independent decisions in a collaborative setting
- Curiosity to apply new analytical methods and improve existing processes
- Commercial awareness and experience working across diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Skills in Power BI or automation tools
- Experience with Salesforce.com or Anaplan
- Additional languages relevant to Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions
