What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships after the sale, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth. You'll collaborate with top-tier US and international brands, serving as their primary contact for campaign execution and strategic planning.
You'll lead onboarding and campaign launches, coordinating across internal teams to ensure smooth implementation. Through regular check-ins via phone, video, and email, you'll maintain clear communication and respond promptly to client needs.
Presenting performance updates and quarterly business reviews is a key part of the role. You'll translate data into actionable insights, using Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports that guide client decisions and optimize results.
Requirements
You bring at least three years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns in adtech or an agency setting, with a minimum of two years in direct client service. A bachelor’s degree is required.
You excel at managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and delivering high-quality support across diverse client requests. Your approach to customer service is proactive—you anticipate needs and consistently exceed expectations.
Strong analytical abilities are essential. You’re comfortable using data to inform strategy, organizing information in spreadsheets and presentations, and communicating findings clearly. You’re motivated, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning.
