What You'll Do
- Analyze and optimize cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency

- Manage projects and initiatives that span multiple departments
- Create and maintain reports on operational performance and key metrics
- Serve as a key liaison for Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field
- Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) for business communication
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant discipline
