Rockwell Automation is looking for a Business Lead, Lifecycle Services to drive commercial marketing activities and develop seller competency. In this role, you will manage performance, funnel, and forecasting while providing crucial support between selling teams and the Lifecycle Services businesses. You will report directly to the Regional Manager, Lifecycle Services.
What You'll Do
- Achieve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in assigned geographical areas, including Services and Solutions businesses.
- Manage business performance reporting and forecasting processes by geography and businesses.
- Develop knowledge of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services.
- Build and use knowledge of industry strategies and become familiar with outcome-based selling principles.
- Develop and execute an annual Business Plan for assigned geographies for Lifecycle Services.
- Ensure regional selling resources maintain appropriate competencies across assigned Lifecycle Services offerings.
- Plan and implement commercial programs related to Lifecycle Services responsibility.
- Influence and operate across a matrixed organization.
- Lead launch of new offerings to the sales team and channel.
- Provide feedback to appropriate portfolio teams to improve customer outcomes delivered by our solutions.
- Collaborate and share insights with regional and global peers.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other marketing activities.
- Pursue personal learning and development of skills in job-related technical and professional areas.
- Participate in calls and meetings by phone or in-person.
- Build customer relationships and provide customer-centric solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 40% to customers within assigned geography.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical field.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in Services and Solutions (or related) experience.
- Familiarity with outcome-based selling and industry strategies.

- Total Compensation: $135,280 - $202,920 (80% base, 20% variable)
