McCormick is hiring a Business Improvement Program Manager to join our Global Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Business Improvement (CCI), you will lead multi-functional cost savings projects and ensure single-function initiatives across Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, and Procurement are delivered to achieve annual company profit growth targets. You will also drive cross-functional ideation to build a sustainable pipeline of profit enhancement ideas.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of cross-functional CCI projects delivering $5M-7M+ in annual cost savings, leading teams through all project phases to deliver on time, in scope, and on budget.
- Support the Americas financial forecasting process by ensuring CCI initiatives are tracked in TM1, leading monthly portfolio reviews, and developing business cases for divisional leadership.
- Lead the annual cross-functional ideation process with departments like Procurement, Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing to build the project pipeline for the following year.
- Lead Business Function Leadership reviews of CCI performance and escalate risks requiring leadership support.
- Create and share best practices in resources, tools, and expertise relating to process improvement and cost savings within the Global CCI team and Regional Project Managers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience on medium to large-scale complex projects supporting finance initiatives, preferably in a lead role.
- Ability to set direction for others and work toward goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of project subject matter and functional areas, with an ability to tie together interdependencies for maximum business impact.
- Proven ability to push work forward and remove roadblocks.
- Experience managing financial analysis, cost reductions, and/or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of financial drivers like volume, pricing, profitability, and seasonality for various products.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment or other supply chain / costing area.
