ScaleSource is looking for a Business Development Representative to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to handing off successful deals to our recruitment team. You'll be instrumental in building relationships with franchise founders and business owners, driving our growth as we actively scale.
What You'll Do
- Prospect through cold and warm calls, text, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Research franchise brands and build organized target lists.
- Conduct discovery calls and present solutions that align with client hiring needs.
- Manage your pipeline, CRM entries, and follow-up sequences.
- Handle objections, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with recruiters.
- Stay involved post-sale to ensure client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and web teams to optimize lead generation funnels.
- Test new tools, improve workflows, and bring new ideas to the table.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English skills and confidence communicating on calls and video.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Comfort speaking with decision-makers and business owners.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline momentum.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented personality.
- A self-starter who will ask questions, not wait to be told what to do.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to U.S. markets.
- Franchise or service-based business experience.
- CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience building sales processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies.
