WorkMotion is hiring a Business Development Representative to engage with potential clients across Switzerland. You will serve as the first point of contact, using proactive outreach to identify needs and generate interest in our Employer of Record platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for potential Swiss clients.
- Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
- Identify client needs for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points.
- Spark interest in our platform and guide prospects toward a virtual walkthrough.
- Schedule product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
What We're Looking For
- Native, native-like, or fluent Swiss German (Standard German alone is not sufficient).
- Fluent level of English.
- Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role.
- At least 1 year of effective experience working in a remote or distributed team.
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling.
- Comfortable making a minimum of 100 calls per day.
- Comfortable and experienced working towards goals, quotas, and performance metrics (meetings booked, quotas hit, calls made).
- Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly, and communicate openly.
- Based within +/-2 hours from the CET time zone.
