About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Business Development Representative to power growth in our fast-paced fintech environment. This role puts you at the forefront of our outbound sales efforts, focused on turning cold leads into qualified opportunities and building relationships with high-value accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaign execution and provide feedback on outreach strategies.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of products, services, and relevant market trends.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call/email volume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • High level of organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, or AI-powered prospacing platforms.
