Head Hunter is hiring a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients. In this remote role, you will drive growth and expand our client base across the US, UK, and Australia.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research to identify and target potential clients and decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls and engage with leads via email and social media.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and pain points.
- Schedule appointments for sales executives to conduct product demos or meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM.
- Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
