Huzzle is looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are passionate about generating leads, building pipelines, and helping innovative companies grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, using a mix of outbound tactics and strategic follow-ups to identify qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
- Book discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
- Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Track outreach activity and maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role (SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or similar).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar CRMs and outreach platforms.
- Strong research skills and ability to personalize outreach.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to hit KPIs.
- Stable internet connection and home office setup for remote work.
