Fundraise Up is looking for a Business Development Representative to own a territory of approximately 1,000 mid-sized nonprofit organizations. You will generate qualified pipeline through a hybrid approach of deep research and high-volume outreach, mastering the art of account-based sales for sophisticated organizations.
What You'll Do
- Hit a monthly target of booking 12 meetings, with a minimum of 7 converting to Sales Qualified Opportunities.
- Develop a strategic 'Hypothesis' for each target account before outreach to provide Account Executives with a clear starting point.
- Balance outreach styles, crafting highly bespoke messaging for executives while using scalable, persona-based approaches for other stakeholders.
- Build consensus across organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders, from specialists to leadership.
- Work in lockstep with Account Executives to map your territory, identify key accounts, and coordinate multi-channel outreach.
- Drive registrations for webinars and events, executing fast, effective follow-up to convert interest into pipeline.
- Proactively follow up with prospects using value-add content aligned with their fundraising cycles.
- Monitor your territory for 'compelling events' like leadership changes or new program launches to inform your outreach.
