Huzzle is hiring a Business Development Representative focused on IT solutions to drive outbound growth for innovative technology companies. This is a remote sales role for a results-driven professional who excels at prospecting and client engagement.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within IT, SaaS, and technology-driven businesses
- Generate new sales opportunities and book qualified discovery calls
- Maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar
- Follow structured sales processes and meet or exceed monthly KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to different buyer personas
- Consistently improve messaging through A/B testing and data-driven insights
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience
- Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- CRM proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Stable internet connection and home office setup
