Huzzle was looking for a Business Development Representative - IT Solutions

Huzzle is hiring a Business Development Representative focused on IT solutions to drive outbound growth for innovative technology companies. This is a remote sales role for a results-driven professional who excels at prospecting and client engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within IT, SaaS, and technology-driven businesses
  • Generate new sales opportunities and book qualified discovery calls
  • Maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar
  • Follow structured sales processes and meet or exceed monthly KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to different buyer personas
  • Consistently improve messaging through A/B testing and data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • CRM proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Stable internet connection and home office setup

  • Business Development Representative experience
  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or tech-related products
  • Experience working with international markets, particularly the UK or US

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers as part of our sales network.
