The Business Development Representative - German Speaker plays a key role in driving Assent’s growth by generating a quality sales pipeline. This individual will engage compliance leaders through targeted outreach and secure qualified meetings that convert into annual recurring revenue.
What You'll Do
- Leverage all available marketing resources and advanced sales development tactics in order to generate highly qualified meetings from target accounts within relevant industries
- Drive net new and expansion pipeline growth by scheduling qualified meetings
- Identify and engage with ideal prospects from target accounts
- Execute our GTM strategy through methodical and targeted messaging
- Deliver tailored messaging for emails, social messages, engaging videos, and phone conversations
- Optimize utilization of tech stack and internal resources
- Follow prescribed workflows, processes, and ROEs
- Complete daily outreach tasks efficiently and effectively across a variety of channels
- Qualify and manage inbound lead flow for allocated accounts
- Meet/ Exceed monthly targets
- Expand on knowledge and skills by absorbing best practices and staying current on Assent’s product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive intel
- Engage in onboarding, reinforcement, and advanced training as you move up through the BDR Level Program
- Participate in weekly meetings and articulate market feedback
- Follow guidance set out by corporate security policies and standards
- Ensure departmental security processes and procedures are followed where applicable
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (implied by job title 'German Speaker')
- Ability to generate highly qualified meetings from target accounts
- Proven ability to schedule qualified meetings that drive net new and expansion pipeline
- Experience identifying and engaging ideal prospects from target accounts
- Demonstrated capability in executing GTM strategy through targeted messaging
- Proficiency in delivering tailored messaging across email, social, video, and phone
- Experience optimizing use of tech stack and internal resources
- Ability to follow prescribed workflows, processes, and rules of engagement (ROEs)
- Proven track record of completing daily outreach tasks efficiently and effectively across multiple channels
- Experience qualifying and managing inbound lead flow for assigned accounts
- History of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Commitment to continuous learning including product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive intelligence
- Willigness to participate in onboarding, reinforcement, and advanced training programs
- Ability to participate in weekly meetings and provide articulate market feedback
- Adherence to corporate security policies and standards
- Compliance with departmental security processes and procedures
- Familiarity with Assent’s corporate security policies and procedures
