Jitterbit is hiring a Business Development Representative - English & Portuguese - Remote

About the Role

Jitterbit is hiring a Business Development Representative fluent in English and Portuguese to drive interest in our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). This remote role is a critical part of our engine for generating new business, focusing on working with new prospects to provide advice and solutions using strong business acumen. You will execute targeted campaigns to set qualified meetings and drive net new pipeline revenue in a rapid-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Get up to speed with Jitterbit processes and tools, including our value proposition, BDR process, CRM, and Salesloft.
  • Learn and explain what Jitterbit does, aligning our platform with prospect objectives.
  • Define and use tailored messages for your audience, creating and executing outreach sequences and calling scripts.
  • Meet monthly goals for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and pipeline generation.
  • Conduct outbound activities, including weekly calls and tailored emails, to generate SQLs.
  • Document and communicate status, sharing learnings and key trends with the BDR team.
  • Execute Jitterbit’s Go-To-Market strategy by identifying key technologies and competitors.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold-calling.
  • Advanced level of Portuguese.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Knowledge and passion for cloud-based products, technology, and SaaS.
  • A competitive, rapid growth mindset.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with sales and marketing teams and report to the BDR Manager.
