Assent is looking for a Business Development Representative – Early Career to identify and cultivate new customer opportunities. You will have a significant impact on business growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Leverage marketing resources and sales development tactics to generate qualified meetings from target accounts.
- Drive pipeline growth by scheduling qualified appointments with Account Executives.
- Qualify leads and prospect into ideal prospective companies.
- Engage with compliance leaders to drive growth.
- Manage and monitor your work using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in weekly meetings and articulate market feedback.
- Follow corporate security policies, standards, and procedures.

- Experience providing exceptional service in a Tele-Sales role.
