Duetto Research was looking for a Business Development Representative

Duetto Research is hiring a Business Development Representative (USA) to own the successful delivery of high-velocity pipeline generation. This role drives business growth through qualified lead creation and elevates brand presence via credible first-touch engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned US regions through email, phone, social media, and events.
  • Engage and convert marketing-generated leads through rapid follow-up and qualification using a defined methodology (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC-light).
  • Investigate target accounts, buying centers, and stakeholders to tailor outreach, leveraging AI-driven tools to increase relevance.
  • Manage the facilitation of high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Document clear context, pain points, stakeholders, and next steps for clean handoffs to the sales organization.
  • Contribute to territory and account plans by collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to align coverage and outreach priorities.
  • Update and maintain accurate account and lead data, activities, and stage progression in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Track activity and pipeline KPIs to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Share market insights and collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaign optimization.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role (preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining a focus on quality conversations and outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Specialized skills, knowledge, or experience within the hospitality, travel, or technology industry.
  • Prior experience operating within a B2B SaaS environment.
