WorkMotion is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH region. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing our Employer of Record (EOR) platform and scheduling virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients in the DACH region.
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify client needs for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points.
- Spark interest in our platform and guide prospects toward a virtual walkthrough.
- Schedule product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
What We're Looking For
- Native, native-like, or fluent proficiency in German.
- A fluent level of English.
- A minimum of 1 year in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role.
- At least 1 year of experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team.
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling.
- Comfortable making a minimum of 100 calls per day.
- Comfortable and experienced with working towards goals, quotas, and performance metrics.
- Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly, and communicate openly.
- Based within +/-2 hours from the CET time zone.
