INA WEBTECH GmbH is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth for our startup specializing in software development, AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity services. This commission-based, part-time role focuses on expanding our client base by forging long-term partnerships through proactive outreach and networking.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential customers, partners, and distributors.
- Support sales outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Generate and qualify leads using online tools and networking.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Confident and positive attitude—enjoys talking to people.
- Basic understanding of business, marketing, or sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

Work Mode
