Reef is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our scaling B2B revenue growth. In this remote role, you will own full-cycle outbound campaigns, managing everything from prospecting to scheduling qualified meetings for our senior sales team.
What You'll Do
- Own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers.
- Manage prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
- Generate 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
- Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
