SalesAPE.ai is hiring its first Business Development Representative (BDR) in the UK to be at the sharp end of revenue creation. You will turn marketing into revenue by qualifying inbound leads, reviving no-shows, and opening doors at mid-market and enterprise accounts. You'll work directly with top sales performers and see your impact on leadership from day one at this fast-growing AI company, backed by over $20 million and on a mission to empower non-tech SMBs with AI agents.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on high-quality inbound leads, website visitors via ZoomInfo deanonymisation, and event data.
- Map organizations, find decision-makers, and book meetings when the first contact isn't the right one.
- Use multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to get results.
- Support hyper-local initiatives targeting 3,000+ accounts in the South West and test new campaign strategies.
- Work one-to-one with top salespeople, fuelling their pipeline and learning how deals are won.
