ScaleSource is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive franchise brand growth across Africa and Asia. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to handoff, in a remote-first environment built on trust and execution.
What You'll Do
- Prospect through cold and warm calls, text, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
- Research franchise brands and build organized target lists
- Conduct discovery calls and present solutions aligned with client hiring needs
- Manage your pipeline, CRM entries, and follow-up sequences
- Handle objections, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with recruiters
- Stay involved post-sale to ensure expectations are met
- Collaborate with marketing and web teams to optimize lead generation funnels
- Test new tools, improve workflows, and bring new ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English and confidence communicating on calls and video
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Comfort speaking with decision-makers and business owners
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline momentum
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented personality
- A self-starter who asks questions and takes initiative
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to U.S. markets
- Franchise or service-based business experience
- CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies
