Seeq is looking for a Business Development Representative to build a pipeline by prospecting into potential customers who have expressed interest or fit our ideal customer profile. You’ll be responsible for setting meetings and qualifying prospects through targeted questions about their business and time series data.
What You'll Do
- Research target accounts and contacts to set quality meetings and create pipeline opportunities.
- Target new accounts through outbound calling efforts and by creating and executing strategic email and social campaigns.
- Qualify potential customers to gather information about their business strategy, goals, time series data challenges, and current technology used.
- Manage and nurture quality leads by sharing Seeq content like blogs, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Sales to strategize the best ways to prospect into target accounts and contribute to account plans.
- Share feedback on messaging and tactics.
- Follow-up on inbound leads to create meetings and opportunities.
- Track activities, MQLs, contacts, and account information in the CRM.
- Apply effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to hit monthly targets, try new things, and amplify your successes by sharing findings with the broader team.
What We're Looking For
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- A passion for technology and software sales.
- Experience with outbound prospecting sales.
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Resourcefulness and a results-driven operating style.
- A collaborative and coachable mindset while continuously improving your skills and impact.
- Ability to ask questions, gather information, and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions.
