FP Markets is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to develop and expand our presence in Vietnam. This remote role focuses on converting leads, acquiring new partners, and promoting our CFD trading products within the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop the assigned country, territory, or region, converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners.
- Actively hunt for trading professionals on social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities to engage them as clients or partners.
- Find effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
- Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, working closely with customer support.
- Work with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales and marketing content.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and proactively work to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
- Assist in monitoring affiliates and partners regularly to optimize their activities and performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to management.
- Enforce a prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework per company policies and ethics.
- Travel to conferences and business meetings as required.
What We're Looking For
- Native Vietnamese language proficiency.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Economy, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Client-focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade for a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team with a can-do attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience or connections in the Vietnam region.
- FX/CFD and online trading industry experience.
- Master’s degree.
