Lead business expansion for regulatory services in the medical device industry across Southern China and Hong Kong. This role focuses on identifying high-potential opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, and positioning a comprehensive suite of certification solutions to meet evolving market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the value of regulatory and certification offerings to decision-makers in the medical device sector, with a focus on IVD markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by initiating and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Create and execute a regional strategy aligned with both short-term targets and long-term business goals.
- Stay current on industry developments and actively engage with relevant professional networks to strengthen market insight.
- Use Salesforce to manage accounts, track progress, and forecast revenue with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a Notified Body, medical device company, or related regulatory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential.
- Familiarity with the in vitro diagnostic (IVD) landscape in China.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce for sales management and reporting.
- Track record in field sales, business development, or account growth roles.
