About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll act as a strategic partner to HR professionals and channel collaborators, introducing them to a powerful solution for managing employee leave. Your focus will be on understanding client challenges and clearly demonstrating how the platform addresses their specific needs through compelling storytelling and insightful demonstrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships by guiding prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing
  • Deliver clear, value-driven presentations and product walkthroughs that highlight measurable outcomes
  • Use active listening to uncover customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings to position the product effectively
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and Chili Piper to streamline outreach and accelerate deal velocity
  • Collaborate with implementation and leave specialists to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and service improvements
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management

What We’re Looking For

  • At least four years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a history of hitting or surpassing quotas
  • Strong communication skills—able to engage clearly and empathetically across email, phone, and chat
  • Proven ability to explain complex systems through value-based selling
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and feedback
  • Skilled at managing time, priorities, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for refining sales processes and contributing to go-to-market strategy
  • Ability to articulate ROI to diverse audiences across an organization

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling to HR decision-makers
  • Background working with brokers or referral partners
  • Experience navigating long or multi-threaded sales cycles
