This role is central to shaping the growth and effectiveness of our sales organization within the US faith-based sector. You will lead the full lifecycle of sales onboarding for new hires, including Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped to engage confidently and knowledgeably from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding curriculum that accelerates ramp time and reinforces core sales behaviors.
- Create and maintain a dynamic library of training resources—such as presentations, video modules, and performance tools—aligned with our sales process and buyer journey.
- Deliver ongoing training in product expertise, competitive differentiation, sales methodology, and career advancement.
- Provide focused coaching for team members on performance improvement plans, helping them build critical skills and regain momentum.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn market and product updates into actionable learning content.
- Analyze sales metrics and training outcomes to identify knowledge gaps and refine enablement strategies.
- Act as a technical expert on the sales stack—including Salesforce, Outreach, DocuSign, and Qwilr—supporting adoption and best practices.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring direct sales experience in the US faith market, particularly with Protestant churches, and a strong grasp of their operational and decision-making cycles. You should have a proven track record in building training programs from the ground up and delivering them effectively. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger is essential, as is experience interpreting data to guide learning initiatives. You must be highly organized, empathetic, and skilled in both group facilitation and one-on-one coaching.
Required: 2+ years in a sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Manager) and 2+ years in training, coaching, or enablement with content creation. Preferred: Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Outreach, or LMS platforms.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in office at one of our designated locations, with two days remote.
